Stang Elevated Monitor Systems (Freestanding to Supported)

This image shows a typical "Elevated Monitor" installation. Used to elevate the monitor outlet, these units must be mounted on a Stang Intake Base which also acts as the water feed intake.

Standard systems are manually controlled from ground level via a control handle that rotates a vertical & horizontal axis. The operator never has to leave ground level to operate, activate or do routine maintenance on this unit.

Standpipe systems are similar to standard systems but incorporate remote monitors mounted on top of a standpipe (tower). These are usually controlled from a remote location. They are either controlled electrically or hydraulically.

There are various options available for these systems which include shaper tip nozzles, hydraulic nozzles, manual fog/stream nozzles and remote swivel grease kits. Please review the following links for more information.
